Colombian Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences and Nanoscale Science and Technology Center “nanoCiTec”, desiring to promote cooperation in science and technology based on the priciples of reciprocity and mutual benefit. This memorandum of understanding signed between the President of the Academy of Sciences, Dr. Enrique Forero and the Director of nanoCITec, Dr. Edgar E González, provides the framework within which detailed proposals for programs of cooperation in mutually areas and detailed plans of implementation are to be jointly considered between the Parties.
